How do I create custom error pages?
• You can set up custom error pages for each domain, to do this follow steps below.
• From your Mac Productions control panel, click on the Hosting Packages Tab
• Then navigate to the domain name and click on it
• Find the button in the middle labeled Custom Error Pages
• Click on the Custom Error Pages On
• You will have to create a error page and upload it to your web hosting space.
Once uploaded fill in the URL of it on the Custom Error Page screen

How do I add additional FTP accounts?
Each hosting package comes with a master FTP account which you can use to transfer your website files to and from your webserver. You can also create a number of custom FTP accounts.
This is useful if you have a number of people working on your website. You can provide each person their own FTP account, with only the permissions they need to alter the part of the website they are responsible for. This also means that you can keep the master FTP details for your website secret.
Adding a new FTP account
Step 1
Log into your control panel and click Hosting Packages.
Step 2
A list of your websites will appear. Click on the domain name that you would like to add a new FTP account to.
Step 3
Click on the icon marked FTP.
Step 4
From this screen you can reset your master FTP password. To create a new FTP account, click the tab marked Custom and click the button marked Add FTP Account.
Step 5
Create a username for the new FTP account. Enter and confirm a new password for this account in the text boxes provided.

Click Continue.

Choose the access level you want to grant to this user.
Access to All Folders: Grant this user full access to all folders on the web hosting space. They will be able to read, edit, and delete files and folders.
Custom Access Control: You can specify the permissions to grant this user, and can limit access to only certain

If you selected the Custom Access Control option, you will be asked to enter an optional Folder. If you want to set a different root access folder for this user, enter the folder in the text box. Users that log in through this FTP account will only have access to files in this folder or its subfolders.
Step 9 (Optional)
Select the Folder permissions you want to grant to this user. Click the Apply button when you are finished.

Click the Create FTP Account button to set the account up.
How can I add Metatags to my SiteBuilder website?
Metatags help describe your website to search engines and may help to improve your website's search engine rankings. You can easily add metatags to your SiteBuilder web pages.
Step 1
Log into SiteBuilder.
Step 2
Click your website's name.
Step 3
Click Site Organizer at the foot of the screen.
Step 4
Click Page Properties for the page you want to add metatags to.
Step 5
Enter a description for the page in the Description Meta Tag text-box and keywords/phrases, separate by commas, in the Keyword Meta Tag text-box.
Step 6
Click the Done button, in the bottom-right of the screen, to save your changes.
